The Faculty of Arts at the University of Gothenburg has announced 30
funded PhD positions for graduate studies in the subjects associated
with the faculty (including language technology). Deadline for
applications is Jan. 24, 2011. The following two graduate programmes
in the faculty are associated with GSLT:
PhD programme in General Linguistics (Department of Philosophy,
Linguistics and Theory of Science)
PhD programme in Natural Language Processing (Department of Swedish)

The Graduate School of Language Technology (GSLT) is a national
graduate school for which the University of Gothenburg (Faculty of
Arts) is the coordinating host. Participating institutions are:
University College of Borås,
Chalmers University of Technology,
KTH (Royal Institute of Technology),
Linköping University,
Lund University,
Stockholm University,
Uppsala University
Supervision is also available from
SICS (Swedish Institute of Computer Science).
