*Programmeur dans le département d'évaluation des technologies de la
 langue*

ELDA propose un poste de programmeur pour ses activités de production
de ressources linguistiques et d'évaluation, dans le cadre de projets
européens. Il/elle aura la charge de développer des architectures
orientées service Web pour la production automatique et la
distribution de ressources linguistiques. Il/elle sera aussi impliqué
dans la création de dépôts de ressources linguistiques, du
développement d'application de TAL ou pour l'évaluation, etc.

Profil recherché :

- De formation ou niveau ingénieur en informatique, traitement
  automatique des langues ou tout autre domaine affilié.
- Bonne compétences de programmation Python
- Bonne connaissance de Django et de la gestion de base de données
  (MySQL)
- Bonne connaissance de Linux et des outils Open Source
- Expérience et/ou connaissance des services Web
- Français et anglais exigés
- Aptitude à travailler tant de façon indépendante au sein d'une
  équipe
- Connaissances en PHP, Perl, C++ ou Java sont un plus
- Expérience et/ou connaissance du TAL est un plus

Salaire: en fonction des qualifications et expériences.

Programming position

ELDA offers a position for its Language Resource Production and
Evaluation activities working in the framework of European projects.
The position is related to the development of web-service
architectures for the automatic production and distribution of
language resources. The candidate may also be involved in the creation
of LR repositories, NLP applications development and/or evaluation,
etc.

Profile:
- Degree or MSc in computer science, computational linguistics,
  natural language processing or similar fields
- Good programming skills in Python
- Good knowledge of Django and database management (MySQL)
- Good knowledge of Linux and open source software
- Experience and/or knowledge of web services
- Proficiency in French and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in particular
  to collaborate with members of a multidisciplinary and multilingual
  team
- Programming skills in PHP, Perl, C++ or Java are a plus
- Experience and/or knowledge on NLP is a plus

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The European Language Resources Association (ELRA) is a non-profit
making organisation founded by the European Commission in 1995, with
the mission of providing a clearing house for language resources and
promoting Human Language Technologies.

The Evaluations and Language resources Distribution Agency (ELDA) is
ELRA's operational body. ELDA identifies, collects, distributes and
evaluates language resources. It also organises evaluation activities
and campaigns in HLT, as well as disseminates general information in
the HLT field.
