Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to inform you that the online diploma Terminology and
Professional Needs (2nd edition in English) will start on October
3rd. This course is the second module of the Online Master in
Terminology offered by IULATERM, the leading research group in
Terminology directed by M. Teresa Cabré.

The online course Terminology and Professional Needs deals with the
interdisciplinary nature of Terminology and its relationship with
translation, documentation, lexicography, language planning and
computational linguistics. Therefore, it is addressed to all
professionals who work with special languages and/or terminology in
their daily activities, or who are interested in these fields. The
course is taught in English and completely online. Please see below for
