Paper submission deadline: 25 June 2012 (extended)
JapTAL2012, the 8th International Conference on Natural Language
Processing, will take place in the city of Kanazawa, Japan, a leading
tourist city where 7 million tourists visit every year.
The conference aims to provide a high-level international forum for
scientists, engineers, and educators to present the state of the art of
natural language processing and applications in related fields. The
conference will feature plenary speeches given by world renowned
scholars, regular sessions with broad coverage, and special sessions
focusing on popular topics. Prospective authors are invited to
contribute high-quality papers to JapTAL2012.
Important Dates
Paper submission deadline: 25 June 2012 (extended)
Notification of acceptance: 30 July 2012
Camera-ready copy and author registration: 14 August 2012
Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers (12 pages maximum)
and/or short papers (5 pages maximum) by the submission deadline through
the online submission system (URL will be announced later).
