For helping Limburgians when shopping their Xmass tree, the "Belang van
Limburg" of 11-12 Dec 1999 gives a description of all variants on the
market. We just list the names:

- Servische Spar, Picea omorica (ca. BF 450)
- Balsamea, Abies balsamea (ca. BF 1000)
- Gewone spar, Picea abies karst (BF 300 - 500)
- Abies nobilis (imported from Ireland, ca. BF 1000)
- Abies Douglas (ca. BF 1000)
- Edelspar, Abies procera (ca. BF 1000)
- Colorado zilverspar, Abies concolor (no price given)
- Dennenboom van Fraser, Fraseri (ca. BF 1000)
- Nordmannspar, Abies nordmannania (ca. BF 1000)

No price was listed for plastic X-mass trees.
