Dear Lowlanders,
Those of you who are interested in Low Saxon (Low German) might be interested
in the online availability of an entire novel in that language: _De Mohls_ by
Heinrich Ohm who comes from the area of Rendsborg/Rendsburg,
Sleswig-Holsteen/Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. Among other things, you will
find at that site a zipped version of the entire text as well as audio files
of excerpts. Here is another opportunity to listen to the sounds of Northern
Germany's language, particularly of one of the northernmost North Saxon
dialects. A link to this site can be found at
<http://www.geocities.com/~sassisch/rhahn/lowlands/links_neddersassisch.htm>.
Best regards,
Reinhard/Ron
