Beste John,

Niet bedoeld om wie dan ook te kleineren, maar als informatie voor hen
die Nederlands willen leren door deze lijst te lezen. Ik vind dat je
prima Nederlands schrijft, in ieder geval, maar (net zoals ik zou doen
in het Engels) iedereen maakt wel eens een foutje.. Voor mij zou
bijvoorbeeld net zo goed gelden dat ik op mijn fouten tegen het Engels
geattendeerd zou willen worden...

Ook: tijdsbepaling meer naar voren is natuurlijker in mijn oren:
_ik zou graag nu en dan Nederlands schrijven_ etc.

Twee germanismes (zeker eerder Duits geleerd?):2) _In het_
Standaardengels [een woord, want een samenstelling]

3) verzoeken moet _proberen_ zijn (of ouderwetser _trachten_ of
_pogen_).
Verzoeken= to request. Een valse vriend dus.

Oars, in ferlykber gefal is Frysk _besykje_, wat ek _proberen_
betsjut. Dit moatst dus net betize mei Nederla^nsk _bezoeken_, wat ik
leaver as _op besite gean_ of soksawat oersette soe.

[Ned. vertaling: Trouwens, een vergelijkbaar geval is het Friese
_besykje_, dat ook _proberen_ betekent. Dit moet je niet verwarren met
het Nederlandse _bezoeken_, wat ik eerder als _op besite gean_ of iets
dergelijks zou vertalen. ]
