I often can't resist to pop in in antiquar bookseller's shops. Today I
bought 2 books in Mechelen.
1. Dictionarium Teutonico-Latinum novum sive biglotton... opera et
labore Martini Binnarti...emendatum... Johannis de Wilde, Amsterdami ...
MDCCXLIV (leather bound, about 500 pp, not numbered, BEF 5500 bargained
down to BEF 5000)
It's a revised edition of an older book, quote:
Dit woordenboek is reeds meer dan een gehele eeuw in de Nederlandsche
scholen gebruikt, en van tydt tot tydt verandert, vermeerdeert en
verbetert geworden...
