Subject: Offline resources

I often can't resist to pop in in antiquar bookseller's shops. Today I
bought 2 books in Mechelen.

1. Dictionarium Teutonico-Latinum novum sive biglotton... opera et
labore Martini Binnarti...emendatum... Johannis de Wilde, Amsterdami ...
MDCCXLIV (leather bound, about 500 pp, not numbered, BEF 5500 bargained
down to BEF 5000)
It's a revised edition of an older book, quote:
Dit woordenboek is reeds meer dan een gehele eeuw in de Nederlandsche
scholen gebruikt, en van tydt tot tydt verandert, vermeerdeert en
verbetert geworden...

The list starts with header:
Nederduitsch en Latynsch Woordenboek
Dictionarium Belgico -Latinum

So for "Dutch" we have (in 1744):
    Teutonico
    Nederduitsch
    Belgico.

Some excerpts:

Nederduitscher, Belga, ae, m. g.
Nederlander, Belga, ae. m. g.
Nederlanders, Belgae, arum. m. g. pl. Batavi, orum m. g. pl.
Nederlandsch, Belgicus, a, um.
Duitschland / Hoogduitschland, Germania, ae, f. g.
Duitschers / Hoogduitschers, Germani, orum, m. g. pl.

two maps are also included in that page.
