1. The political presence of Brabant West of the river Rhine may explain

"cultural presence" (cf. book printing) of some lowland culture in the
Cologne area up to the end of the 18th century.

Today I got an invitation sent by someone from within Spain about an event
in the Netherlands:

3. Promotion of Dutch in the Antwerp Jewish community.

4. Scandinavian culture in Antwerp is most visible in November through the
christmas fairs of the Finnish, Norvegian, Danish and Swedish churches.
