Subject: Online resources.

A chairde,

I would like to bring to your attention - if you're
not already aware - of the existence of the literally
huge linguistic resource of the Paternoster in 1,115
languages and variants at www.christusrex.org. I've
never seen such a bank of translations of a single
text, and therefore it seems to me to be invaluable to
all of us, especially in minority language
communities.

However, whilst browsing I noticed that the site lacks
the Paternoster in Appalachian, Ulster Scots,
Seeltersk, Frasch, Öömrang, Nedersaksisch, Low Saxon,
Plautdietsch, Limburgs and Zeêuws. The site also
lacked Cornish until I provided it and the designer,
Michael Olteanu, proved very accommodating, thoughtful
and tireless in his helpful adding and editing.
Therefore I would wholeheartedly advise Lowlanders to
take a look at the site and, where possible, provide
the text in their own language or variety.

Mr Olteanu is also sympathetic to displays of
nationality on the site so if Lowlanders wish to
provide their national flag for inclusion that can
similarly be facilitated. The best vexillogical
resource online is the Flags of the World site at:
http://fotw.vexillum.com/flags/search.html
