Richard,
'Yins' is the modern Scots pronunciation for 'ones',
which is actually traditionally spelled 'anes'. In
Ulster (even Ulster English) it is common to say 'Them
yins' (or 'them'ns'), 'yous yins' (or 'yous'ns') etc.

Yes, 'lenn' would be the Scots word to me. 'Loan' is a
borrowing from urban Northern Hiberno-English in this
context.
