I would like to make you aware of the availability of an exciting new web
presentation in Frisistics by Kees C. Nieuwenhuijsen:

The Latin and Old Frisian texts of this law book from around 800 C.E. are
presented side by side.  There are splendid introductions in Dutch and English
as well as a list of references and links.

Kees C. Nieuwenhuijsen is also the author of a presentation on Lowlandic
name-giving before 1100 C.E., which now has a new URL:
