Ron,

The information is good that so many of the nations of Europe (and
beyond) have "talked the talk".  I wonder if they're also "walking the
walk".  With such a widespread membership, perhaps some of the persons
from the several countries can tell us how it is actually working.  And,
because the sheer number of countries actively and sincerely enforcing
the spirit of the policy has a beneficila effect toward resistant
countries, it may be gpood to hear even what Asiatic nations are doing.
