Dear Lowlanders,

Muriel Norde brought up a good question off the list.  Is it customary
on Lowlands-L to post summaries of the research one does by inviting
other subscribers' input?  The answer is "Yes, it is highly desirable,"
as also mentioned in the rules and guidelines
(http://www.geocities.com/sassisch/rhahn/lowlands/rules.html).  Thanks,
Muriel, for reminding me of this, for I am as guilty as others of not
regularly posting summaries.

Lowlanders, let us try to make this a routine!  If we get help from a
number of other subscribers on or off the list, let us write short
versions that summarize the information we have collected.
