Hello Gabriele !

Of course there is no "correct" Platt word. From the point ov view of
Eastern Friesland I would confirm the version "bêk [b'e:`ek](Sg.)
be:ken
[be:kN](Pl.)" but in other regions "beke" is the right one. Nevertheless
in
Eastern Friesland LS I always would prefer "e:" (brook, small river).
