Bas-Saint-Laurent" dans des langues étudiées par Lowlands.

Par exemple,

Rivier van de Wolf,  Neder-Sint-Laurens  ( hollandais )

Wolfsbach,  Unter-Sankt-Laurentius  ( allemand )

River of the Wolf,  Lower Saint Lawrence  ( anglais )

Mes " traductions " bas-saxonnes (bas-allemandes, c.-à-d. le groupe
nordique des dialectes bas-saxonnes de l'Allemagne):

Wolfsbeek, Neddern Sankt-Laurens-Stroom

_Beek_ ( _Bach_ en allemand ) signifie un fleuve mineur ou un rivulet,
et _Stroom_ ( _Fluss_ en allemand ) signifie un fleuve grand et/ou
principal.  Cette distinction semble-t-elle raisonnable dans ce cas-ci?
_Beek_ peut être trouvé dans beaucoup de noms de lieu en l'Allemagne du
Nord.
