Lesdaags klappt dat mit de Mail bi Yahoo nich so as dat schull.
Stootwies' kaamt Breven bi düsse Adress (sassisch at yahoo.com) nich an un
wardt mit Fehlermellen an de Afsenners trüggstüürt.  Ik weet nich, wat
dat för 'n Oorsaak hett.  Ik heff mi al tweemaal beklaagt, man 'n Anter
heff ik bitherto nich kregen.  De Firma harr künnig maakt, dat daar
Merrn Maimaand wat bi d'n Nettsieden-Server nasehn wardt, man vun E-Mail
harr se nix seggt.  Wenn Ji maal an mi persöönlich (d.h. nich an de
List) schrievt un Fehlermellen kriegt, denn beed' ik Ju, dat Ji nich
glieks upgeevt, dat Ji dat later nochmaal versöken doot, un dat Ji Juun
Mails an mi togliek an düsse Adress un an <sasslyrik at netscape.net>
tostüürt, bit Allens wedder in de Reeg' is (un ik maak dat denn
künnig).  Ik dank Ju för Juun Nasicht.

Hi, folks!
Lately there seems to be something wrong with email delivery at Yahoo.
Every so often messages do not arrive at this address
(sassisch at yahoo.com) and bounce back with error messages.  I do not know
why this is, have complained about it twice already but so far have
received no response.  The company had announced that there would be a
web server overhaul in mid-May, but there was no mention of mail
delivery.  In case you write to me personally (i.e., not to the List)
and receive error messages, please do not give up right away but try
again later and copy me at <sasslyrik at netscape.net> as well until the
service is restored (which I will announce).  Thanks for your patience.

Hallo, Leute!
Dieser Tage stimmt etwas nicht mit den Mail-Lieferungen bei Yahoo.
Gelegentlich kommen Mails bei dieser Adresse (sassisch at yahoo.com) nicht
an und werden mit Fehlermeldungen an die Absender zurückgesandt.  Ich
weiß nicht, was das auf sich hat, habe mich bereits zweimal beschwert,
habe aber bisher noch keine Antwort erhalten.  Die Firma hatte
angekündigt, dass Mitte Mai der Netzseiten-Server überholt werden soll,
aber von E-Mail wurde nichts erwähnt.  Falls Ihr an mich persönlich
schreibt (d.h. nicht an die Liste) und solche Fehlermeldungen erhaltet,
bitte ich Euch nicht sofort aufzugeben sondern es später noch einmal zu
versuchen und Eure Mails zugleich auch an die Adresse
<sasslyrik at netscape.net> zu schicken, bis Alles wieder in Ordnung ist
(was ich dann bekanntgebe).  Ich danke für Eure Nachsicht.
