Subject: Help wanted ... translation of historical document

Good afternoon

 My name is Kenneth Breau and I'm the archivist at Université de
Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. I am doing historical research on an
individual
 named Matheus Da Costa. I am having a bit of trouble and I thought that
someone in teh group may be of some help.

 I have a few very important paragraphs of text concerning Matheus Da
Costa which unfortunately is in 17th century Dutch (?). The documents
were
 transcribed from the archives in Amsterdam. Would anyone be able to
assist me. It would certainly be most appreciated.
