Folks,

I chanced upon the following site dedicated to American Dutch- and
English-based creoles and some interesting material that has been
discovered:
http://www.edu-cyberpg.com/Literacy/aboutdialect.asp

It has several other interesting leads to African American heritage as well
as to other creole-dedicated sites, although several links are unfortunately
"dead."

Furthermore, there is another interesting site dedicated to creoles, with an
emphasis on British "Black English":
