Hello Glenn and aw,

Congratulations on a succinct, to the point, answer Glenn.

What anthem would that be?
Would you Northumbrians prefer a different one to the Midlands/or "South
of Watford" region?

It's time the "regions" of England recognised their own heritage.

As a Scotsman living in Catalonia I believe the regional areas of the
U.K. should wake up and assert their specific identity.

(No flame intended. It's a clamour for recognition of what there is, not
what "they" tell us exists.)
