Hi, Roger:
My name is Andy Howey. I've been an on-again off-again subscriber, mostly
due to changing ISP's, for several years. In any case, here are a couple of
pages that should help you with your HTML vowel encoding:
http://www.pemberley.com/janeinfo/latin1.html
http://rd.alphalink.com.au/htmlguide/isocodes.html
There are others, but this one seems to be pretty complete.

Since it is about phonology I had to include some special characters.
My question is: how does one proceed in html with:
- old germanic vowels with a flat horizontal bar above
- old germanic vowels with a part of a circel (opened to the top) above?
Thanks for your suggestions.

Roger
