e Wyndham,
 Er is een plaats niet ver van Norwich niet ver van Norwich (East
Anglia, UK), waarvan de spelling is 'Wymondham', maar de uitspraak is
'Wyndham'.  Vraag me maar niet waarom, maar dat is nu eenmaal de engelse
spelling.  (Er is een andere plaats, aan de kust van Norfolk, dat  wordt
geschreven als 'Happisburgh', maar de uitspraak is 'Heesbury'.)

 there is a place not far from Norwich (East Anglia, UK), spelt like
Wymondham, and pronounced like 'Wyndham'.  Don't ask me why, but that's
English spelling for you.  (There is an other place, on the Norfolk
coast, written as 'Happisburgh' and pronounced like 'Hasebury'.
