I know the question above is meanto to be for Holger and specifically asks
for Eastern Friesland Low Saxon ("Platt").  However, for the benefit of
everyone, here are the words for 'horseraddish' in Lowlands Saxon (Low
German) dialects of Germany generally:

   Maarreddig ['mQ:arEdIC]
   Marrik ['marIk]
   Marrig ['marIC]
