You can email them in English, Gaelic of Scots ( I emailed them in Scots ).
You can also request the brochure in Gaelic ( Scots ) as well. Just say that
you have seen that they do the leaflet in Scots and want them to send you a
copy. then give your name and address and they should send it to you ( if
they don't let me know - And I'll take it up with them ) - but it shouldn't
make any difference if you live abroad ( i.e out of Scotland ) - in fact
that should be a bonus as they will see there is an interest in Scots abroad
