Maybe I can help you with the unintelligible expression "ost were schlan" in
"Dor mag nemandt fischen ost were schlan buten der
herschupp wissen". In my opinion it should have been read as "oft were
schlan". It is quite easy to misinterpret a medieval "f" as an "s".
Anyway, it does make sense then, because "oft were schlan" would be the
equivalent of German "oder ein Fischwehr schlagen" or Dutch "of een weer
slaan". A "weer" (D) is a V-shaped barrier connected to a fyke net, and in
medieval Dutch "or" was "oft(e)" in Dutch (my grandfather still said "ofte"
or "ochte" rather than "of").

wegvoeren, verwijderen.
Da zou vo mi gerust 't volgende kunn' zijn:
Doar mag niemand de visoogst verwijderen buiten de wete van het
heêrschap.
