'Middagete' is vir meeste Afrikaners op plase 'n gekookte maaltyd
(vleis, rys, aartappels, groente, nagereg).
Stedelinge het die gebruik na Sondae verskuif. As jy dus op Sondag na
'middagete' uitgenooi sou word, kan jy tamaai bakke kos verwag!
