Subject: Movies With Low Saxon Dialogue?

A sheynem dank, Ron!

Actually, I do have something on topic: can anyone suggest a movie that has
some dialogue in Low Saxon? (Other suggestions on how I might hear Low
Saxon spoken would also be welcome.)

I can't help you with movies, though I very much hope others can. At any
rate, I can get the ball rolling by pointing out a few online recordings:

General:

Plattdeutsche Sendungen im Internet

http://www-swiss.ai.mit.edu/~rauch/plattradio.html

North Saxon:

_De Mohls_, a novel with some audio files (with a lot of echo,
unfortunately)
http://www.netzservice.de/Home/maro/de_mohls.html

NDR Hamburg Welle media streaming (including LS programming)
http://www.ndr.de/hhwelle/

Radio Bremen media streaming (including LS programming)
http://www.radiobremen.de/bremeneins/

Plattdüütsch Nahrichten, Daily News from Radio Bremen
http://www.radiobremen.de/bremeneins/platt/news/index.php3

NDR Welle Nord media streaming (including LS programming)

http://www.ndr.de/wellenord/

Klaus Groth's poems and songs (by yours truly):
http://www.geocities.com/grothwarken/

Literaturtelefon (Eastern Friesland and Oldenburg dialects)
http://www.bis.uni-oldenburg.de/medien/radio/literaturtelefon/literaturtelefon.html

Dat Ollske un de Bigge (animated Children's story in Eastern Friesland
dialect)
http://www.hprg.de/ollske/

Plattplanet (Emden)
http://www.plattplanet.de/

Bi de Plattsnackers (an online course):
http://www.radiobremen.de/online/platt/kurs/index.html

Eastern:

NDR Mecklenburg media streaming (including LS programming)
http://www.ndr.de/lfhschwerin/radiomv/programm/

Mennonite (Plautdietsch):

Dialect of Chihuahua, Mexico
http://www.cc.ukans.edu/~german/KHC_Project.html

Oh, and a movie, sort of (in a North Saxon dialect):

"De apparatspott" (a science fiction spoof)
www.apparatspott.de

I used to know of online audio files in LS dialects of the Netherlands, but
they all seem to have disappeared. Can anyone help?

If all goes according to plan, I'll post some audio myself sometime. Thanks
for the technical help, folks!

Regards,
Reinhard/Ron
