I found this book today:

Cyriel Moeyaert, Woordenboek van het Frans-Vlaams (Dictionnaire du flamand
de France), 2005, Davidsfonds-Literair, 340 pp., ISBN 90-6306-527-2. I paid
29.95 euro in the "Standaard Boekhandel" in Mortsel.

French-Flemish is not a creole language but West-Flemish from "Bachten de
kupe" (Westhoek) as spoken in France.

The "Bachten de kupe" (Behind the tub) area (or Westhoek) (river Yser area
and behind) covers the old bishopric of Ypres (With Ypres, Poperinge, Veurne
in Belgium, and Dunkirk, Hazebroek) in France. After the French annexations
in the West at the end of the 17th century, the bishopric remained undivided
till the beginning of the 19th century. I guess as well France as the
Habsburgeans considered the borders as not final, so nobody pushed for
dividing the ecclesiastical bishopric. This may have helped for preserving
the language as long in the French part of the Westhoek.

(one) translation into Dutch:
