Dear Shelia,
No, we have not deleted the two Appalachian versions. They are featured
as parts of our new anniversary presentation:
http://www.lowlands-l.net/anniversary/
Tennessee:
http://www.lowlands-l.net/anniversary/index.php?page=appalachian
West Virginia:
http://www.lowlands-l.net/anniversary/index.php?page=appalachian-wv
We at Lowlands-L are always happy to find out that people appreciate the
various translations.
As you can tell, none of our Appalachian versions appears in sound form so
far. We certainly would appreciate it if you or someone else would help
us with this, since we have received several inquiries from people in
various parts of the world who know nothing about Appalachian and have
never heard it spoken. Furthermore, if possible, please pass on news
about our project and also mention that we are constantly on the lookout
for further translations with and without sound files.
Best wishes for 2006 and beyond to you and your family.
Regards,
Reinhard "Ron" F. Hahn
