"Right now our exercises take the form of imitating all the mistakes that a
Dutchman would make when speaking English."
If you want to hear the mistakes an Englishman makes when trying to speak
Dutch or German, you could just listen to me!! :)

<*Now* you tell me, now that
I have a foot out the door and don't get to enroll and disrupt your classes.
What a lucky escape you had! ;-)
My answer to this is: Maar ik houd van oproerkraaiers in de klas. Die maken
het de moeite waard. Jacqueline

Hoi, Jacqueline!

Easy for you to say now that you've escaped a teacher's nightmare.
misschien mijn "terreurjaren" ontgroeid.
By the way, it seems to me that Dutch opportunities at PCC could do with a
bit more visibility. They didn't show when recently I did a web search for
such opportunities in the US, and they didn't even show up yesterday when I
poked around the PCC website. (Or is this intended to keep classes small?)
I know several people in the greater Seattle area that would be interested
in Dutch classes on various levels.
Groeten,
Reinhard/Ron
