There is now a clear distinction in English between these two.
Program = computer program only
programme = such as you buy in a theatre or a programme of study etc
I'm also not sure what you mean about practice and practise: one is the
verb = to practise like to advise : and the other is the noun a good
practice like a good piece of advice
