Subject: Genealogy &/or Language
I would like to claim kinship with the illustrious Henry Sweet, Mr Dreyer,
however to the best of my knowledge I cannot. We may be distantly related,
but it is unlikely. I'm an Australian, and my forebears were originally
yeoman farmers from the West Country of England, where the family name Sweet
is not uncommon. So if Professor Sweet and I do have any common ancestry it
is likely to be in the English West Country and from among its people.

Best wishes,
Paul Sweet
