(2) You *must* always give us your name, given name and family name.
Ron, do you want us to say the full and given name at the end of the
messages that we post, or are you referring to the name that comes with the
message itself?

Ben,
I mean that within any of your postings people should be able to tell whar
your given ("first") and family ("last") name is. If your email log-on
already has both names, you're covered (which applies in your case). If
you're logon has an abbreviation (such as in my case: R. F. Hahn), then you
put the missing first name somewhere else (in much case "Reinhard/Ron" at
the bottom). If in doubt, just write both names as a "signature."
