Mike,
Glad you like it.
Basically it is similar to the pronunciation that Richard Gendall uses in
his revived Late Cornish. I've tried to reconstruct a pronunciation of the
one and a half generation of Cornish speakers born between 1570 and 1610.
Features:
- pre-occlusion of /nn/ and /m/ to [dn] and [bm];
- diphthongisation of word final /i:/ in monosyllabic words;
- unrounding of /ö:/, /Ö/, /ü:/, /Ü/ to [e:], [E], [i:], [I] respectively;
- a few weak forms, elisions and contractions reconstructed from the text
"Creacyon of the Worlde" and the Late Cornish texts;
Dan

Awesome job Dan!! Been waiting to hear this one!
I have to admit, it doesn't sound quite the same way as what I thought it
would sound like or how I've heard Cornish pronounced by the few other
speakers I've heard. May I ask what "version" of Cornish it is?
