Argjiro. I don't have a computer right now, so in lieu of bookmarking it, I 
just search Google for 'fjalor' every time I want to look something up.

It might, at that, because I actually just verified last night that it's 
'shnet' (the vowel is very schwa-like, and in my observations of casual 
Albanian, short A has a tendency to become a wedge, which, of course sounds 
like a schwa when unstressed). I can certainly see the Ë disappearing and 
the D smooshing in with the N.
