Hello all,
Ben wrote in part -
Lone, Ron and all, have any of you heard of, or better yet, heard, the
Tenores di Bitti? Ah... Oh... Heavenly music! Please tell me that the
lowlands have a tradition like that.
Yes, Ben - I have a CD by them - Excellent music!! Very reminiscent of
Dalmatian "Klapa" music. No idea if the Lowlands have such a tradition -
I've never heard so, but if they do, I'd love to hear some!!

Mark, Mike, Lowlanders,
I had never heard of the Tenores di Bitti before, went to check them out.
Here's there official site, with audio files and a video clip:
http://www.tenoresdibitti.com/
The audio/video page: http://www.tenoresdibitti.com/esempiengl.htm
For some reason, the audio files won't play for me, but they will if I
download them to the harddrive.
I'm afraid there's nothing like this in the Lowlands, except in some
Gaelic-inspired _a cappella_ Scots and Hiberno-English song traditions.
Regards,
Reinhard/Ron
