in the Polish language there is a difference between ruski and rosyjski:

ruski: 1. Ruthenian, 2. colloquial Russian
po rusku: in Ukrainian
z ruska: with a Ukrainian accent

rosyjski: Russian
po rosyjsku: in Russian
z rosyjska: with a Russian accent
