Dear Lowlanders,

At this juncture I am still struggling with the technical issue, but at least
now, in response to complaints about non-responsiveness, I have received a
message that seems to have been composed in part by a real person, requesting
that I furnish further details and promising that "The issue in regards to the
receiving of the emails has been escalated to the senior level technicians already."

In the meantime you might as well just send all your submissions to my personal
address (sassisch at yahoo.com) only, until further notice.  Jonny suggested this in
private communication.  I think this has merit in that it prevents mail bouncing
notifications to reach you.

Hopefully this issue will be history later this week.  Thanks for your patience.
