Folks,

For some so far unexplained reason, our websites cannot be accessed at the 
moment, and an abuse message appears instead.  Our mail service and 
uploading webpages to the account is all right though.

Mathieu and I are currently waiting for an explanation by the service 
provider.  Needless to say I am not exactly a happy camper right now.  All I 
can do is apologize to you about any inconveniences this may be causing you. 
We hope to solve this as soon as possible.

On another note, folks, please read the rules and guidelines
(http://www.lowlands-l.net/index.php?page=rules) as soon as the website is 
accessible again.  Some of you, not only new subscribers, do not know some 
of the basics, such as where to send posting submissions, what to do with 
subject lines and how to quote messages to which you respond.  (It's tedious 
to read responses to something and no one knows to what. We will delete 
entire issue trailing responses.)
