Tienes razón, mi caro amigo!  Sí, los británicos y los canadienses tienen
garrotes diminutos, mientras se conoce en todas partes que el garrote
americano es realmente grandote. ¿Quién puede competir con él en este
respeto? Sin embargo, el tamaño no tiene importancia ¿verdad?  Además,
muchos americanos en México no les gustan garrotes o miembros.

Y las chicas estadunidenses tienen grandes garrotes también, como Lynndie 
England en Iraq. Pero no creo que todos los estadunidenses hablan 
suavemente.

Hablan realmente muy suavemente y dulcemente (demasiado dulcemente) y 
también chirriantemente (con el "creaky voice").

I've been reading up about US citizens in Mexico.  Estimates of their number 
vary widely, in part because there are many illegal immigrants among them --  
yes, folks, large number of American (and also Canadian) illegal immigrants 
in Mexico!  Most of them are cases of overstaying visas.  The range of 
estimates is between 150,000 and one million.  Government sources tend 
toward 300,000 and 500,000.

No reference of established Anglo-Mexican communities yet ...
