Hello Jacqueline,

I don't quite agree with your opinion on Dutch 'hemel'. It seems to me that
'hemel' does not only have a religious meaning, but that it is also widely
used in the meaning of  (the rather pompous word) "uitspansel". I say for
instance 'de blauwe hemel' and 'onder de blote hemel'.
