don't refer to a person by name while talking to them.

What bliss!

How on earth would all graduates of MBAs exist if they could not constantly
( and irritatingly) ingratiate themselves by the over use of the personal
name.

Please can we leave all management training in future to the Deaf
community, so they can unteach this annoying habit.
