Bei OUTLOOK geh' bitte in der geöffneten Mail auf "Ansicht" >>> "Codierung" >>>
"Unicode (UTF 8)".

Bei OUTLOOK EXPRESS ebenso während der geöffneten Mail auf "Ansicht" >>>
"Zeichensatz" >>> "mehr" >>> "Unicode UTF 8".

So müsste es klappen, leider immer nur von Fall zu Fall. Die Änderung empfehle
ich, jeweils abzuspeichern.
