Dear Ron & all you guys on L-Lowlands,

Now that I'm back home, walking & talking, if only verrry carefully, I'm
paying off my nicest personal debts, your E-Mail. hence this note.
On the humorous front; I won't laugh at it myself just yet, but my brother
Rory who has the gift of gab of our family's Irish side. He noticed on my
charts I was scheduled for a 'bowel reconnection' & commented that there
aught to be proper term for such a procedure. After all, there is the
appendectomy, the colostomy what about bowel reconnection? What about
calling it a 'connectmyarsetomy'? We tried it out on the doctor & he
justabout cracked. He continued on his rounds snorting & giggling. Maybe
it'll stick
