Dear Lowlanders,

The Northern Hemisphere warm season and thus the main traveling period are
fast approaching.

Let me remind you that you need not sign off (unsubscribe) to stop
Lowlands-L mail during your absence.

Please only inform me of the dates of your absence, i.e., the first day you
are absent and the first day after your return.  I will then have my
calendar send me reminders of those dates and will put your subscriptions on
vacation mode for the desired periods.

You do not need to wait until a day or so before your departure.  You may
send me the dates as early as you are sure of them.

Please send them either to my private address (sassisch at yahoo.com) or to the
administrative address (lowlands.list at gmail.com), and use the subject line
"LL-L vacation".

If you travel this year, I wish you a wonderful time.
