Just to confirm, what Ron writes. The Catalans of the Rossello
wouldn't question their linguistic unity with the rest of Catalunya,
and they haven't invented a separate name for their variety of
Català. As opposed to the speakers of Valencià and of the
Balears. Years ago I saw agriffiti inscription in Mallorca:
"Mallorqui Si, Català No!" No political border between though...
