Subject: LL-L "Orthography" 2008.08.16 (02) [E]

What does he mean with "breaking the 'i before e' rule"? What rule is that
anyway? I have seen people write "wierd", and (considering the
pronunciation) I guess people can also misspell sieze for seize, although I
have never seen it. But why would anyone write nieghbour or foriegn?

And dictionary.reference.com lists both "misspelt" and "misspelled", so
which one is 'incorrect' then? And why is it in the dictionary if it's not
accepted.

Judgement, truely and arguement I can understand, as they are based on
judge, true and argue. (I never make mistakes against them though, except
maybe sometimes judgement)
