Beste Lowlanders,

  Is there an Official Standard Low Saxon orthograpy which would be
followed by writers, newspapers and things alike?

Ps.:Sometimes I see some strange symbols like Â # and some thing like that.
Is there anything that could help us deciphering those symbols?
