Hi Tom,
If I understand correctly, you want to find family in Germany [we all want,
of course], and the name = Reilly .
Such a small, but dignified name, we have to try.
Look in:

and you'll find 34 persons in the German telephone-books [no no no no, don't
touch the bottle].
If all these 34 persons are your family: congratulations, and many happy
birthdays to each one of them. And to you of course.
