Hello, dears,
"fraam" certainly means "pious". "Frahm" is as a surname connected to Low
Saxon areas whereas "Fromm" is connected to High German. Most famous bearer
of the name was the former chancellor Willy Brandt whose birthname was Frahm
(he was born in Lübeck). The adjective "fraam" is f.ex. used in "de frame
god".
